Axiel Solutions was founded in 2025 by Erik Lash, a certified GIS Professional (GISP) and Registered Professional Archaeologist (RPA) with more than 25 years of experience in applied geography, to expand community engagement with the geospatial sciences in Hawaiʻi.
The work spans the full chain: collecting data in the field, modeling and analyzing it, building the databases and code that keep it current, and writing it up so that reviewers, regulators, and the public can use it.
